Oct 15: Krikorian presented a proposal for Optima (an Armenian mine operator affiliated with Krikorian) to purchase Saro and Nareg's interests. Oct 20: At an in-person meeting, Krikorian insisted on the unconditional transfer of shares with no payment protection. Krikorian also conspired with APR and Blagov to enforce a forged Equipment Sale Agreement — a document with Nareg's forged signature — potentially obligating AP to pay $325,000.
